Support
Get help with your plan, workouts, subscription, Apple Health export, or anything that is not working as expected.
Contact
Email support@courtfit.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, CourtFit version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include pain details or other sensitive health information.
Subscriptions
Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
If CourtFit does not recognize an active purchase, open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Apple Health
Apple Health export is optional. In CourtFit, open Settings, then Privacy & Data. Enable Apple Health export and approve write permission when iOS asks.
CourtFit writes completed strength workouts only. It does not read your Health data.
Plan and workout data
CourtFit stores your plan and workout history locally on your device. There is no CourtFit account or cloud backup. Deleting the app also deletes its local data from that device.
Safety
CourtFit cannot evaluate injuries. Stop training if pain increases and consult a qualified healthcare professional for pain, injury, numbness, swelling, recent surgery, or persistent symptoms.
