Fitness and safety
CourtFit is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent injuries or medical conditions. Stop if pain increases. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for pain, injury, numbness, swelling, recent surgery, or persistent symptoms.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate resistance, reviewing technique, maintaining a safe training environment, and deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for you.

CourtFit Pro launch products are annual and monthly recurring subscriptions. The annual product may include a 3-day free trial when Apple reports the trial as available.
