CourtFit editorial
Tracking consistency and progress without maximal testing
Track decisions you can repeat — completed sessions, context and perceived effort — without pretending that a simple log measures every adaptation.
The decision in context
A calendar record, exercise category, session completion and a short reflection can show what happened. They do not need to become a health database.
How to apply it this week
A trend in consistency is not proof of a physiological change. After three variable weeks, noticing that travel displaced a gym window is already a useful finding.
The trade-off to name
More testing may offer a narrower measure but adds fatigue; simple logs are easier but less specific.
Where the answer stops
This page is educational planning context. It does not diagnose symptoms, set an individual load, replace court practice or qualified advice, or guarantee a sport result.
